I stepped onto the bottom rung of the ladder at 24, purchasing the 1950’s do-up no one wanted at a mortgagee sale. From lemon to lemonade, it was a steep learning curve where I cut my teeth on all things renovating, renting, selling and refinancing - and developed a bad case of the property bug while I was at it. 

Twelve purchases, ten renovations and years of working in residential and commercial management, sales, marketing and administration later, I’ve become the go-to for friends, family, colleagues and a few innocent bystanders looking to buy. The good, the bad and the character building, I love sharing my learned experience with fellow homebuyers just as much as sticking on my own sold sign.
